Few days back I came across a TV show called Fight Girls. At a first glance, it just looked weird with really fit girls fighting each other and all but like any TV show these days, you have to check out the pilot and so I did.

Its a show about 7 girls all from different places in the United States who have come together to train, fight and learn Muay Thai. All 7 girls will be trained by Master Toddy and 2 mentors. 5 out of 7 girls will have the chance to go to Thailand and fight the Muay Thai champion. Every week there is a fight within the 7 girls and whoever loses goes home just like any other reality show, I guess you can call it elimination and the winner will claim their ticket to Thailand. In the first episode it came down to Gina and Felice.

All of these girls are very fit and very determined. It will be very interesting to see who in fact makes it to the top 5 and who will actually beat the Muay Thai champion in Thailand. You might think “What do they know?” or “Why do girls fight?” Well we all love watching UFC although some people think it is not even considered real fighting, I think it is very refreshing and inspirational that these girls are taking it to the next level because ithis is what they love doing, a passion. There is no rule that says girls cant fight right?
